Massage session bookings, scheduling, and intake are managed through MassageBook, a third-party scheduling platform, and are subject to MassageBook's own terms in addition to these.

How We Use It
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, schedule and confirm massage sessions, communicate with you about your order or booking, send marketing emails if you've opted in, and improve our website and offerings. Product order payments are processed directly through Square and are not stored on our servers.
Massage Booking and Intake Information
Scheduling and any intake information you provide before a massage session are collected and stored through MassageBook, a third-party platform, not through this website. Please refer to MassageBook's own privacy policy for how that information is handled.
Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us at info@flyingfalcontherapies.com.
3. Website Refund Policy
Physical Products (Online Store)
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any online store purchases.
Local delivery and pickup orders are typically ready within 3 business days of purchase. You'll be contacted directly when your order is ready.
Massage Services
Flying Falcon Therapies LLC respectfully asks that you provide 24-hour notice of cancellation. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your scheduled time. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price without rescheduling. No-call, no-shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you have a fever, have been hospitalized or are contagious, have tested positive for COVID-19, have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or a child or spouse in your household is ill and you have been in contact with them, please call to reschedule your appointment. There is no charge for these types of cancellations.
There are no refunds on prepaid visits or gift cards, though visits are transferable to a friend or family member.
