Community fun run alert! Join the Gulfport Brewery Run club on their 2nd annual pier to pier run. Start at the tip of St Pete Pier and run all the way to gulfport's pier. Run solo, with a team or create a rally. Flying Falcon Therapies will meet you at the finish line at Gulfport Brewery & Eatery for after run recovery shenanigans.

We’ll kick things off at St. Pete Pier (BYOB to join the Bier-to-Bier crew) and make our way 7.6 miles point-to-point to Gulfport, with plenty of opportunities to run, sweat, question your life choices, and eventually celebrate

THE ROUTE 👟
Starting at the end of St. Pete Pier:
→ Left on Bay Shore Rec Trail
→ Right onto 1st Ave S/Pinellas Trail
→ Sidewalk past Tropicana Stadium
→ Left at Gulfport Spur, past Boca Ciega High School complex
→ Down 55th Street / Beach Blvd
→ Left at the Casino and past O’Maddy’s
→ Finish strong at the end of Bert and Walter Williams Pier in Gulfport 🙌
💧 HALFWAY CHECKPOINT
Switch Park, behind Gibbs High School, is roughly halfway — 3.7 miles in — and will have water (and a few cold Biers for the brave) waiting. This is also the 2-person relay handoff.
Relay teams can split the route into:
🏃🏽♀️ First half: 3.7 miles
🏃 Second half: 3.9 miles
And yes, you can absolutely make a whole thing of the handoff!
🍺 THE FINISH
Once you make it to Gulfport, we'll have a cooler of water and Biers waiting for you at the finish.
There will also be token awards for:
🏆 Top finishers
🏆 Male / female / mixed relay teams
🏆 Legendary Bier-to-Bier (-to-Bier) finishers
🏆 Other categories chosen at random
🚗 THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT STUFF
This is a free, point-to-point run, so plan ahead for getting back to the start. Carpooling and ridesharing are strongly encouraged. Bring your own hydration – this will likely be a hot event
